PULSE Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Pulse is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus these terms.

Not medical advice

Pulse gives general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by AI. It isn't medical advice and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before big changes to your diet or training, and if you have a medical condition, an injury, an eating disorder, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness or severe shortness of breath.

Pulse Pro subscription

Pulse Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your content

You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it to run Pulse, including sending it to our AI provider to generate answers for you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything illegal.

Squad: friends, crews and challenges

Squad lets you add friends with an invite link, join crews, start challenges and send nudges. By joining Squad you agree to these rules, and there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users:

You can report any player from their name in the app, and block them so they can't see or contact you. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending names, and suspend or delete the accounts of players who break these rules. Contact slugics@gmail.com to report anything urgent.

Liability

Pulse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
